Provide a world-class guest experience in the bar, restaurant, smoking lounges, and overall location through exemplary service and selling skills
Serve as a Casa de Montecristo brand ambassador
Build relationships with customers
Communicate product features, benefits, and promotional information
Become a trusted, successful expert in the bar and help exceed sales and KPI goals
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products
Assist with complete store operations, including accurate pouring, stock control, and product maintenance
Execute corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient, and resource-wise manner
Follow company policies, SOPs, and state and local regulations
Maintain visual and cleanliness standards
Ensure a comfortable, responsible, and safe environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous bartending experience required
POS and/or computer skills needed
Knowledge of wine, liquor and spirits
Bartender certification a plus (or required if applicable)
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Hands-on team player with a strong work ethic
Maintain licenses and certifications as required by state
Passionate and persistent about delivering a stellar guest experience
Track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals
Demonstrated flexibility and emotional intelligence to adapt to frequently changing business conditions
Ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
Ability to frequently climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or sit
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
Ability to adjust focus
Ability to work in an environment exposed to smoke or airborne particles
