About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct telehealth evaluations and treatment sessions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations and professional standards
- Provide telehealth rehabilitation services on a PRN basis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must be based in Medford, OR
- Active PT license in Oregon required
- Must be licensed in OR + WA
- Additional licensure in Washington, Idaho, and/or Montana preferred
- Multi-state licensure strongly preferred
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
