About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map Castalie’s processes and the scope of the ERP, including connected tools
Track the migration sprint by sprint to understand the company’s processes and how Odoo operates within the business
Facilitate department heads through discussion and decision-making meetings focused on target processes
Write WKI sheets and keep the process repository up to date
Prepare and lead process-teaching workshops
Support the transition to Odoo 20
Work under the supervision of the Product Owner/Business Administrator and the CTO
Complete a short case study as part of the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent (fourth or fifth year) at a leading engineering or business school, or an equivalent university program
Specialization in Information Systems, Project Management, Operations Management, or Change Management
Initial experience (internship or work-study placement) in an organization/IT consulting firm, cross-functional project management, or a product/operations team at a scale-up
Strong understanding of ERP architecture and a company’s operational workflows
Interest in or initial experience with Odoo is preferred
Proficiency in process modeling methodologies (BPMN, process mapping)
Familiarity with agile environments (Scrum, backlog/sprint management)
Comfortable using Notion, Miro, Jira, and Confluence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to simplify technical topics and lead workshops with a range of business stakeholders
Strong teaching skills and active listening
Organized, rigorous, and able to synthesize information effectively
Proactive and self-sufficient in tracking tasks
