About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take full project life-cycle ownership for one major initiative or several minor initiatives simultaneously
Plan, implement, and deploy projects for internal teams and external clients
Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables
Develop high-level and detailed project plans
Define specific tasks and manage resource allocations
Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams
Keep teams aligned, accountable, and on track with project requirements, schedules, and deadlines
Identify, record, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing progress data
Assist with internal and external communications
Organize structured updates for key stakeholders
Oversee submission of project deliverables
Ensure adherence to quality standards and secure final sponsor acceptance

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, junior project management, or handling cross-functional team workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to track dependencies across teams
Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
Working knowledge of standard collaboration software
CAPM certification, introductory Scrum certifications, or familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is a bonus
