About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide front desk reception and primary guest/visitor coverage
  • Perform standard administrative tasks using established methods and procedures
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, charts, and presentation materials
  • Perform data entry and process documents, purchase requisitions, maintenance requests, electronic mail, and time management
  • Coordinate phones, calendars, conference rooms, meetings, department events, and travel arrangements
  • Operate and maintain office machine supplies, including copiers and fax machines
  • Assist others with equipment use and machine breakdowns or failures
  • Interface with repair and maintenance technicians
  • Set up and maintain department files, log books, and office supply inventory
  • Receive, sort, and route mail
  • Report to a designated lead, supervisor, or manager and serve as backup to team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Intermediate computer and administrative skills
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of office administration activities
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Successful completion of a drug screen
