Key responsibilities & impact

Create and share weekly status reports with client stakeholders, highlighting critical updates and escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary
Schedule and facilitate internal and client-facing project meetings with key stakeholders
Manage project resources by ensuring availability, updating allocations weekly, escalating resource issues, and reviewing project timecards
Maintain and update project schedules weekly
Manage project scope, assess technical feasibility, and document changes through formal change requests
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks using project dashboards and RAID logs
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Partner with technical teams to review system designs, architecture documents, personas, epic-level requirements, testing plans, training guides, and requirements traceability matrices
Maintain and oversee Jira boards, including ticket assignments, blockers, risks, and sprint cadence
Schedule and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and other agile events; occasionally serve as Scrum Master
Support system testing and QA by assisting with test plan creation, coordinating execution, and validating results
Travel occasionally to client sites, typically quarterly or less, for requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, or training sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of project management experience overseeing technical implementations
5+ years experience working in a technical consulting environment
5+ years familiarity with agile methodologies and agile project delivery
Proven leadership with a proactive mindset and hands-on approach
Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred
Experience in the public sector is a plus
Salesforce experience and/or certifications is a plus
Experience using JIRA is a plus
