About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prioritise AI opportunities that create meaningful business value
- Map processes and identify root causes
- Work directly with colleagues to understand current workflows
- Help teams adapt when new solutions are introduced
- Lead the AI Champion Network and support company-wide AI adoption
- Measure outcomes and follow through when adoption or results fall short
- Run the opportunity intake process with the IT Manager
- Establish process baselines and define success measures
- Collaborate with the AI Operations Engineer on opportunity assessment and initiatives
- Lead process improvement, organisational adoption and value measurement
- Shape the AI Hub and its focus areas
- Develop recommendations for business processes and AI initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience improving business processes and delivering measurable results
- Strong business understanding and ability to see how work flows across teams and functions
- Confidence building baselines, challenging assumptions and measuring outcomes
- Experience working with stakeholders and helping people navigate change
- Curiosity about AI and practical understanding of where it can and cannot create value
- Enough technical understanding to discuss solutions and implementation approaches
- Ability to balance analytical thinking with empathy
- Background in business analysis, operations, organisational development, HR transformation, agile coaching, change management or a similar field
- Successful completion of a background check for candidates receiving a job offer
