About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build AI agents, automations and integrations that remove manual work and improve team operations
- Work directly with colleagues to understand problems and shape practical solutions
- Design data models, workflows and integrations for reliable AI solutions
- Decide where automation and AI add value and where human judgement should remain
- Own solutions through reliability, monitoring, security and cost management
- Improve solutions based on actual usage
- Create documentation and reusable patterns for maintenance and extension
- Collaborate with the AI Business Partner and IT Manager to assess opportunities and agree scope
- Take ownership of existing platform components and contribute new solutions to production
- Help shape CatalystOne’s AI practice and deliver measurable business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building integrations, backend services, automations or internal platforms
- Strong technical foundations in Azure, Microsoft Graph, APIs, serverless technologies, Python or C#
- Experience delivering AI-powered solutions that real users rely on
- Good technical judgement and ability to choose simple solutions when appropriate
- Understanding of security, reliability and operational ownership
- Awareness of trade-offs between capability, speed, complexity and cost
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
- Background check required for candidates who receive a job offer
- HR or HCM experience is not required
