About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) team
Support development of digital products and the Owner’s Experience portfolio, including cat.com, Shop experience on cat.com, dealer websites, and eCommerce projects
Own Scrum@Scale, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks implemented within Digital Product Management
Lead the EPM team to ensure key Digital Product Development deliverables meet product roadmap commitments
Plan and monitor program management to ensure quality standards are achieved
Define program management processes and communications for cross-functional collaboration
Evaluate risks and vulnerabilities and create contingency plans
Conduct regular and ad-hoc program reviews with project managers, teams, and clients
Oversee reporting requirements and create monitoring and control mechanisms
Plan, estimate, staff, organize, and monitor projects within programs
Manage change control processes and oversee organizational change management policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in decision making and critical thinking
Extensive experience in organizational leadership
Extensive experience in program management
Extensive experience in change control
PMP Certification and/or Trainer Certificate (ideal candidate consideration)
Certification and experience with Agile Project Management and Scrum at Scale
Previous leadership experience and extensive coaching or mentoring
Extensive experience with Product Management leading to enterprise results
Experience managing and leading cross-enterprise programs for Digital Product development
Highly skilled in stakeholder communications and articulating strategic vision
Track record of building relationships and fostering positive teamwork environments
Successful completion of a drug screen as a condition of employment
