About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Value Team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
- Monitor project execution, workload, priorities, and schedule commitments
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate execution risks
- Apply Agile principles to improve team responsiveness, execution visibility, and delivery performance
- Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization, execution reviews, and retrospectives
- Track project metrics and drive continuous improvement actions
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Product Groups
- Facilitate team reviews, issue resolution, and decision-making
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
- Share lessons learned and encourage adoption of best practices
- Support transformation, standardization, and productivity initiatives
- Coach and mentor team members
- Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and capability development
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- 8+ years of engineering, project execution, or product delivery experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Industrial Equipment industries (preferred)
- Strong technical expertise in industrial gas turbine package and auxiliary systems development (preferred)
- Knowledge of Solar Turbines products and order-to-delivery processes (preferred)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or hybrid project management methodologies (preferred)
