About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and dealers
  • Provide electrical systems expertise, troubleshooting support, and on-site guidance
  • Partner with customers, service teams, manufacturing, and product development to translate field feedback into product improvements
  • Investigate product quality and reliability concerns and perform root cause analysis
  • Drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve product performance
  • Evaluate manufacturing and design processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide engineering recommendations to optimize product quality, serviceability, and production efficiency
  • Communicate technical specifications, product updates, and service recommendations
  • Track and manage product issue resolution
  • Travel extensively to support customers, conduct field investigations, deliver training, and develop electrical systems expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Electrical Engineering Degree or technical equivalent degree
  • Ability to travel 50% or more, including domestic and international travel
  • Customer service concepts and techniques
  • Technical consulting knowledge and ability
  • Effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques
  • Problem-solving approaches, tools, and techniques
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and product applications
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Successful completion of a drug screen is required
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week
