Key responsibilities & impact- Lead discovery with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders to define objectives, pain points, risks, constraints, dependencies, scope, and measurable outcomes
- Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for supply chain capabilities, including intake, analysis, prioritization support, documentation, traceability, and change control
- Facilitate workshops and produce process maps, business rules, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment
- Partner with product managers, engineers, Microsoft, and implementation partners to define solution requirements, exception handling, controls, role-based security, and auditability
- Liaise between business stakeholders, dealers, and delivery teams to drive decisions and maintain scope alignment
- Define reporting, analytics, KPI, master data, and data quality requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across finance, manufacturing, customer service/sales, quality, and integrations
- Validate solution designs against requirements and Caterpillar standards
- Support user acceptance testing, training, issue prioritization, and release remediation
- Create walkthroughs, demos, process documentation, and functional demo materials to support adoption
- Coordinate requirements readiness for software releases and facilitate backlog refinement and stakeholder communication
- Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through deployment
- Build relationships with Cat Converge Product Managers, Cat Digital leads, external vendors, and Caterpillar Dealers
- Work with the Dealer Advisory Board on process improvement, ERP template consistency, and change management
- Support dealer enablement, user training, ongoing support, and enhancement requests
- Produce product documentation and support materials, workflows, and playbooks; assist with remediating support issues
- Travel up to 20% to digital hubs and dealer locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or another related ERP/SCM platform
- Understanding of ERP system functionality and integration with external applications
- Knowledge of supply chain product lifecycle management, including adoption and change management
- Knowledge of business analysis tasks, techniques, and tools
- Effective communication skills
- Software product business knowledge
- Software problem management knowledge
- Software change request management knowledge
- User acceptance testing (UAT) knowledge
- Experience delivering ERP or complex supply chain transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience as a Product Owner, Supply Chain Analyst, Digital Business Analyst, or Supply Chain Process Lead
- Experience with global dealer networks, manufacturing, industrial supply chains, or the rental industry
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through product delivery, change management, training, and adoption
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment
- Ability to create process maps, functional requirements, user stories, business rules, and testable acceptance criteria
- Experience with supply chain data, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Dynamics 365
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog refinement, testing, releases, and stakeholder reviews
- Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities, manage dependencies and risks, and drive decisions focused on measurable business outcomes
- Ability to travel up to 20%
