About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps platforms and delivery pipelines across AWS-based environments
Drive Kubernetes platform adoption, container orchestration standards, and deployment best practices for scalable and resilient applications
Establish and manage artifact repository standards and lifecycle practices using Artifactory
Provide technical leadership to engineering teams on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, release automation, and environment reliability
Partner with Cloud Operations and Security teams on platform governance, operational readiness, access controls, compliance, and incident response
Mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and promote engineering excellence
Communicate with developers, product teams, and leadership to align technical solutions with business priorities and operational goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in AWS, DevOps, and cloud platform engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container platform operations
Experience with Artifactory and software artifact management best practices
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Working knowledge of Cloud Operations and Security, including governance, reliability, and compliance practices
Experience leading enterprise-scale platform modernization and operational transformation initiatives is a plus
