Key responsibilities & impact

Own product vision, roadmap, backlog and lifecycle priorities for Productivity Solutions
Translate customer and business problems into clear requirements, features and user stories
Prioritise work based on value, effort, risk, dependencies and available delivery capacity
Partner with architecture, engineering, data, UI/UX and adoption teams through design, delivery and release
Engage customers and stakeholders, communicate priorities and manage expectations
Measure adoption and value using evidence to improve, standardise, consolidate or retire products
Shape and deliver digital products that improve safety, efficiency and operational performance for mining customers globally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience as a Product Owner, Lead/Snr. Business Analyst or similar digital product professional
Proven experience managing software or digital products across the full product lifecycle
Strong capability in product roadmaps, backlog management, requirements and prioritisation
Experience working with Agile delivery teams and tools such as Azure DevOps
Ability to balance customer value, business outcomes, technical considerations and capacity
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience across multiple products, initiatives and globally distributed teams
Background in mining, industrial technology, data, analytics, AI, automation or cloud solutions
Knowledge of MineStar or comparable mining technology platforms is desirable
Must be based in Brisbane or Perth
