Key responsibilities & impact

Test Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations) or F&O
Build automated test scripts using Leapwork and Playwright for CE customizations, integrations, and performance benchmarks
Troubleshoot test automation environments and conduct regression cycles and upgrade readiness validation
Prepare test design documents, reusable QA templates, and developer guides
Validate workflow automation, security roles, performance, data migrations, and CE integrations
Perform API testing using OData, REST/SOAP, and Dataverse APIs
Support CI/CD automated regression cycles and release validation in Azure DevOps
Conduct peer reviews of test automation scripts and enforce coding standards and Microsoft best practices
Perform hotfix validation, cumulative-update compatibility testing, and mobile app testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations) or F&O
Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills for test automation
Experience building automated test scripts using Leapwork and Playwright for CE customizations, integrations, and performance benchmarks
Skilled in environment troubleshooting, regression cycles, and upgrade readiness validation
Ability to prepare clear test design documents, reusable QA templates, and developer guides for team adoption
Strong knowledge of workflow automation, security role validation, and performance tuning
Experience with data migration testing using Data Export Service, Dataflows, and ETL techniques
Proficiency in API testing for CE integrations (OData, REST/SOAP, Dataverse APIs)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated regression cycles and release validation
Ability to conduct peer reviews of test automation scripts, enforce coding standards, and ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices
Familiarity with upgrade readiness testing, hotfix validation, and ensuring compatibility of customizations during cumulative updates
