About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead critical sourcing and NSI-related initiatives through project planning, governance, and portfolio management
  • Lead project governance and planning across ECTS programs
  • Manage NSI portfolio activities and project execution
  • Develop and maintain process guidance documentation and gateway alignment
  • Track KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives
  • Create OBIA reporting and deliver monthly leadership updates
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, PMO, suppliers, and other partners
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Monitor project schedules, dependencies, and execution milestones
  • Support projects in achieving delivery targets on or ahead of schedule
  • Lead through influence to align stakeholders and ensure successful execution across multiple programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional programs and projects from planning through execution
  • Extensive experience managing project governance, risks, schedules, and stakeholder expectations
  • Extensive experience developing and executing tactical plans aligned with business priorities
  • Extensive experience managing project dependencies, resources, and execution plans across multiple stakeholders
  • Expert communication skills with leadership, technical teams, suppliers, and business partners
  • Extensive experience analyzing complex challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
  • Extensive experience building stakeholder partnerships and managing expectations
  • Extensive experience applying product, service, and operational knowledge to project planning and execution
  • Working knowledge of quality processes and continuous improvement practices
  • Working knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality, or business services
  • Domestic and international travel approximately 20–25% of the time
  • Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring employer-specific sponsorship are not currently eligible
  • Successful completion of a drug screen required for employment
