About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead MineStar technology implementations at customer mine sites from planning through deployment
Coordinate customers, dealers, and internal teams throughout projects
Partner with mining customers as a trusted consultant and understand site-specific needs
Lead change across people, processes, and technology to support adoption of MineStar solutions
Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and implementation success
Understand MineStar solutions and configure and implement systems based on commercial requirements and customer needs
Support customers and dealers with documentation, training, and functional specifications
Participate in the full project lifecycle, including quoting and invoicing
Identify opportunities to improve MineStar technology implementation across customer sites
Travel to mine sites across North America

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working at mine sites or within mining operations
Strong understanding of mining operational environments and customer needs
Strong aptitude for technology and ability to quickly understand complex technical solutions
Experience with mining technology, operational technology, fleet management, autonomy, or related systems is highly valued
Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, stakeholder management, and ownership of project outcomes
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to mining customers and guide them through technology implementation and operational change
Strong understanding of mining operations and ability to connect technology solutions to real-world mine-site needs
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through technical, operational, and project challenges
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic mine-site environments and make sound decisions
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams
Ability to influence and lead through change without direct authority
Strong collaboration skills with a customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach
Must work full-time onsite five days a week at the Tucson, AZ, or Phoenix, AZ office
Ability to travel 25–50%
