Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge through professional expertise
Ability to understand and prioritize customer pain points related to safety and automation
Ability to work with commercial team members and customers to understand prioritized feature sets and detailed requirements
Ability to develop product roadmaps based on customer priority, technical readiness, and business considerations
Ability to align and drive NPI execution across the enterprise
Deep product knowledge of Caterpillar's construction machines and their jobsite use
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within project budgets
Ability to develop solutions addressing broader jobsite and workforce business problems
Ability to build customer and commercial team relationships
Ability to communicate product roadmap value to drive prioritization and alignment
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering high-value projects
Effective upward communication to resolve project roadblocks
Willingness and ability to work onsite five days a week
Ability to travel up to 25%
Must be able to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
Successful completion of a drug screen required
