About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement data models, workflows, and integrations within the PIM platform (Akeneo, Informatica P360)
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, cleanse, transform, and synchronize product data from multiple source systems
Define and enforce data quality, governance, validation, and stewardship processes
Develop scalable solutions for product hierarchy, taxonomy, attributes, and catalog management
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize PIM data processing and integration performance
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand data requirements and support product onboarding initiatives
Create technical documentation, data mappings, and integration specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience with PIM platforms, preferably Akeneo PIM
Experience in data modelling, ETL/ELT development, and data integration
Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (Java, Python, or Node.js)
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and event-driven integrations
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Understanding of product catalog management, taxonomy, and master data management concepts
Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or modern data platforms
Knowledge of eCommerce product lifecycle and omnichannel content delivery
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
