About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 负责矿区混合交通场景下人员、车辆（矿卡、轻型车、辅助车辆）及工程设备的行为预测与多模态轨迹预测算法开发。
- 负责目标意图识别（让行、汇入、掉头、停车、装卸作业等）及交互建模，提升复杂交互场景下的预测准确性。
- 与决策规划团队紧密协作，支撑路口通行、汇入汇出、会车等场景的决策需求，定义并优化预测输出接口。
- 结合高精地图、道路拓扑及调度信息，提升预测在非结构化道路与矿区特有场景中的鲁棒性。
- 建设预测数据闭环，包括数据挖掘、自动标注、长尾场景收集与评测体系（minADE/minFDE、Miss Rate 等）。
- 负责预测模型在车端平台（如 NVIDIA Orin）的推理优化与部署，满足实时性与稳定性要求。
Requirements
What you’ll need- 计算机、自动化、电子、机器人、车辆工程、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 3 年以上自动驾驶预测、行为建模或相关算法开发经验。
- 熟练掌握 C++ 和 Python，熟悉 Linux 及 ROS/ROS2。
- 熟悉 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，具备扎实的概率统计与机器学习基础。
- 熟悉主流轨迹预测方法，如 VectorNet、LaneGCN、TNT/DenseTNT、Scene Transformer、MTR、QCNet 等。
- 具备多模态轨迹预测、意图预测及多智能体交互建模的实际落地经验。
- 熟悉基于规则、运动学模型与深度学习相结合的预测方案，能处理感知噪声与目标跟踪不稳定问题。
- 熟悉感知、预测、决策规划之间的接口设计与数据流，理解预测结果在规划中的使用方式。
- 具备模型量化、TensorRT 推理加速及车端部署经验。
- 熟悉大规模数据处理、场景挖掘及数据闭环工具链建设。
