About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and maintain the CatDealer.com product vision, strategy, and capability roadmap
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
  • Translate strategy, stakeholder needs, and dealer feedback into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready scope
  • Represent dealer and business customer needs by gathering and communicating feedback
  • Lead sprint and release planning with application engineering teams
  • Coordinate business sign-off, UAT planning and execution, regression testing, Go/No-Go decisions, deployments, and retrospectives
  • Own product capability, quality, availability, performance, accessibility, compliance, access control, incident response, and overall product health
  • Partner with content owners on content delivery, search configuration, site organization, and discoverability
  • Coordinate with architecture, engineering, platform, maintenance, support, legal, compliance, accessibility, and dealer-facing teams
  • Identify, document, communicate, and drive resolution of product issues, defects, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain product documentation, release communications, stakeholder updates, governance materials, budget and resource planning inputs, and value measures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, information technology, computer science, engineering, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience in product ownership, product management, or digital platform delivery
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices and backlog management
  • Ability to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience working with technical, business, support, and compliance teams
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of accessibility, compliance, search, and user experience concepts preferred
  • Dealer and Caterpillar business knowledge preferred
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Successful completion of a drug screen required
