About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate powder coat, paint, or other equipment to apply industrial powder coat or paint on metals or products according to the specified work order
- Follow required safety procedures at all times
- Work in areas including shot blast operator, powder painter, caulker, blow off operator, loader/unloader, masker/demasker, and pre-inspector
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work overtime as needed to support business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior work experience
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform repetitive operations
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Experience in shot blast operations (top candidate)
- Experience in fabrication powder coat painting (top candidate)
- Experience in top coat, prime coat and electrostatic paint (top candidate)
- Ability to read blueprints / engineering drawings (top candidate)
- Successful completion of an online assessment
- Successful completion of an interview
- Successful completion of a background check
- Successful completion of a drug screen
- Successful completion of a medical review
