About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business problems, understand root causes, and identify forward-looking opportunities
Conduct forecasting using trend analysis and statistical modeling
Liaise with operational management teams on resource planning
Produce resource scheduling to maximize performance and meet KPIs/SLA
Collaborate with process partners to ensure supplier schedules are accurately loaded, maintained, and executed
Analyze historical data, forecast future demand, and facilitate monthly S&OP reviews
Communicate accurate demand signals across the supply chain to support customer needs and business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required Travel: Up to 10%
Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources
Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads
Knowledge of techniques, tools and applications associated with coordination of internal resources
