负责 Dashboard、数字孪生、运营监控、任务调度、设备管理等场景的界面设计。
输出高质量视觉方案、交互原型、设计规范、可供研发直接使用的设计资产和实施指引。
持续优化产品的可读性、易用性、信息层级和视觉一致性。
参与构建 Autonomous Site Systems Design System，建立并维护色彩、字体、图标、Design Tokens 和组件库等统一规范。
支持 Flutter、Web 和 Desktop 等多端产品的设计复用，并推动设计规范及组件落地。
参与数字孪生及2D/3D空间可视化产品设计，包括地图交互、设备状态呈现、路径与调度可视化及三维场景信息图层。
参与 Agent Portfolio、AI Copilot 和智能决策支持类产品的界面设计，探索对话式交互、Agent Workspace、Human-in-the-Loop 和决策支持体验。
与UI/UX Lead、产品经理、软件工程师及业务专家协作，理解并转化复杂业务需求。
参与设计评审、可用性验证和研发验收，确保设计方案准确落地。
建立设计资产和版本管理机制，支持多产品线并行开发。
根据用户反馈和产品数据持续改进产品体验。

Requirements

What you’ll need

本科及以上学历，工业设计、交互设计、视觉传达、人机交互、数字媒体或相关专业。
5年以上数字产品、企业软件或工业软件UI/UX设计经验。
熟练使用 Figma 及常见视觉设计、原型设计工具。
具备完整产品设计及工程落地经验，能够独立完成从信息梳理、视觉方案到交付验收的全过程。
具备良好的沟通、协作和结构化表达能力，能够与技术和业务团队高效配合。
具备优秀的视觉设计、版式、色彩、图标和信息可视化能力。
理解用户体验设计原则及Human-Centered Design方法。
熟悉Web、Desktop和Mobile产品的设计规范及差异。
具备Design System、组件库和Design Token建设或维护经验。
能够设计 Wireframe、User Flow、High-fidelity Mockup 和 Interactive Prototype。
能够处理复杂数据、实时状态、告警、地图和多任务工作台等工业软件信息呈现。
能够将复杂运营数据、设备状态、告警信息和空间信息转化为支持运营决策的高效工业软件界面。
具备工业数据可视化、运营工作台设计或工业HMI设计相关能力。
