Requirements
What you’ll need- 本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、自动化等相关专业
- 熟悉Linux开发环境，精通C++、Python
- 熟悉ROS，有算法验证及测试经验
- 有仿真系统（CARLA/AirSim/IsaacSim 等）开发或使用经验
- 理解仿真时序、同步、性能优化
- 熟悉多智能体仿真框架
- 熟悉物理引擎、传感器模型、车辆动力学仿真
- 具备图形学基础，或有游戏引擎（UnrealEngine）开发经验，熟悉UnrealEngine的场景美术、动画、物理、渲染等开发
- 熟悉数字孪生、三维重建，及场景生成
- 有交通流或离散事件仿真经验
- 有Omniverse平台开发经验
- 熟悉OpenX标准（OpenSCENARIO/OpenDRIVE）并有实际应用经验
- 使用云原生技术（Docker/K8s）部署和管理大规模仿真任务经验
- 具备机器学习/深度学习知识，并在仿真中应用数据驱动或强化学习方法
