About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in defining and implementing QA strategies aligned with F&O project needs
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and regression suites
Support functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing efforts
Validate batch jobs, workflows, and business processes across F&O modules
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Leapwork, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks
Enhance automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability
Execute automated regression suites and analyze failures
Support tagging, modularization, and reusability of automation assets
Identify, log, track, and retest defects; participate in defect triage and root cause analysis
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Support UAT cycles and stakeholder validation activities
Execute automated test suites within Azure DevOps or GitHub CI/CD pipelines
Support build validation, release testing, test environments, and test data setup
Maintain QA artifacts, test cases, execution reports, and defect logs
Report test progress, quality metrics, and risks
Document test scenarios and automation scripts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with automation tools such as Leapwork, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, or Robot Framework
Basic programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
Understanding of automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM) or BDD (Cucumber)
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar
Exposure to CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Operations) preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in Agile and team-oriented environments
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Experience with ERP or enterprise applications testing preferred
Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter preferred
Understanding of data validation, integration testing, or data migration testing
Experience in test automation within cloud-based environments
4–7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2–3 years in automation
ISTQB or equivalent QA certification optional
Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-310 / MB-320 / MB-330) optional
