About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate supply chain and planning process requirements into business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement and digital enablement opportunities
  • Support implementation of planning and orchestration solutions with business and technology teams
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document business rules, workflows, and process objectives
  • Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, identify risks, and support issue resolution
  • Assist with testing, deployment, training, and adoption of new processes and system capabilities
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and implementation artifacts
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, Sales, Rental, Operations, and Information Technology organizations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives involving planning effectiveness, inventory utilization, customer service, and operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting business process improvement, supply chain operations, planning functions, project execution, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical process improvements and technology requirements
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, processes, and business operations
  • Ability to analyze business processes, planning workflows, and operational data
  • Project management skills, including tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Ability to assess risks, benefits, and alternative solutions
  • Experience with demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, fulfillment, and logistics
  • Ability to develop and monitor performance metrics
  • Ability to document and maintain business processes and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship, international assignments, and payroll transfers are not available
  • Successful completion of a drug screen required as a condition of employment
