About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage channel partner relationships to market the FG WILSON brand, products, and services in Europe
- Support FG WILSON Diesel genset and extended portfolio business growth through new genset sales and aftermarket service
- Lead business development of new customers in the region
- Support and develop distribution channels
- Collaborate with EPC and Engineering Consulting companies for early engagement on relevant projects
- Develop FG WILSON presence through industrial workshops, conferences, and trade fairs
- Supervise preparation of technical and commercial proposals
- Manage and support technical and commercial proposal negotiations with direct customers and partners
- Maintain high forecast accuracy for incoming orders and coordinate timely product delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed engineering or business degree or related field
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Experience in selling strategies and ability to communicate product/service value aligned with customer needs
- Fluent Polish and business-level English skills, both written and spoken (minimum level B2/C1)
- Specialization in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering/electrical engineering or equivalent will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the diesel genset market in assigned regions, or experience in the power generation industry will be considered a strong advantage
- Experience in industrial equipment sales will be considered an advantage
- Travel requirements: 50% of the time
- Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position
- No relocation will be offered
