Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and configure business workflows within the Regrello platform
  • Implement workflow automation solutions based on business requirements
  • Create reusable workflow components and templates
  • Support workflow testing, validation, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and defects
  • Develop custom functionality to support Regrello implementations
  • Create and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
  • Design and implement APIs and web services
  • Develop automation scripts and supporting applications
  • Participate in code reviews and development best practices
  • Build and maintain integrations between Regrello and enterprise applications including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, MES platforms, PLM systems, and data warehouses
  • Develop RESTful APIs and data synchronization processes
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and data flow failures
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand business requirements
  • Participate in solution design discussions
  • Translate user stories into technical designs and development tasks
  • Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
  • Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Validate workflow performance and business outcomes
  • Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
  • Provide production support for deployed workflows and integrations
  • Investigate and resolve system incidents
  • Monitor application performance and reliability
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem management activities
  • Create technical documentation for developed solutions
  • Maintain integration specifications and API documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Experience developing enterprise applications and integrations
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Programming experience with Java, Python, and JavaScript / TypeScript
  • C# preferred
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, API Authentication, Webhooks, and ETL Concepts
  • Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and database query optimization
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Google Cloud Platform preferred
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, and CI/CD Pipelines
  • Docker preferred
  • Experience with Regrello platform development and implementation preferred
  • Experience with workflow automation or BPM platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or quality management processes preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise application integration patterns preferred
  • Experience developing cloud-native applications preferred
  • Understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices preferred
