About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end IT delivery of Microsoft Azure and SaaS cloud programs
Own technical delivery of custom projects from requirements through hyper care
Ensure adherence to DevOps, data governance, change management, and security standards
Build consensus and drive offshore global development teams
Track scope, requirements closure, UAT closure, deployment, hyper care, communications, and training with product owners and managers
Own end-to-end IT delivery of large programs involving global IT teams
Run daily calls, manage global teams, and track action items, owners, and ETAs
Review solutions and guide technical leads
Oversee integrations with Kafka, MuleSoft, Salesforce, SaaS platforms, and legacy on-premises applications
Review data migration strategies and oversee ETL/ELT activities using Azure Data Factory and environment rollouts
Provide solutioning and technical delivery guidance and manage AD/JIRA dashboards
Lead and mentor technical leads, business analysts, quality assurance teams, and offshore project managers
Foster collaboration among product owners, business stakeholders, and technical infrastructure teams
Serve as primary technical contact for business and IT leadership regarding customer program initiatives
Report progress, milestones, and task delivery across multiple workstreams
Provide weekly executive status reports and daily status reports to team leaders
Work with QA management on testing schedules and execution
Stay current on program roadmaps, new services, and emerging cloud technologies
Liaise technically with product teams and cross-functional program management

Requirements

What you’ll need

14+ years in IT with at least 4 years of experience as project or program manager and 6 years focused on the Salesforce and/or Microsoft Azure ecosystem
Proven track record of delivering complex cloud migrations and integrations in enterprise environments
Minimum of three large-scale M&A, Salesforce and/or Azure implementation experiences
Minimum any two certifications from: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer
Minimum one certification from: PMP, Agile Scrum
Experience of SaaS Application Development and Delivery, including Salesforce and Applications on Azure
Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
Experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions and Copado
Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure delivery environments
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
Familiarity with DevOps practices for Azure/Salesforce preferred
Exposure to hybrid-cloud environments and integrations with CRM platforms preferred
Mandatory: Four-year college degree in Computer Science or Engineering
