About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications and robust software solutions
Drive the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
Develop backend solutions using ASP.NET, .NET, C#, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
Implement REST and RPC APIs using architectural patterns such as Dependency Injection
Design and deliver user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and HTML5/CSS3
Ensure web application responsiveness, performance, and quality
Collaborate with UI/UX teams, designers, product managers, and developers to define and implement features
Write clean, scalable, maintainable code according to coding standards
Conduct unit, integration, and system testing
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback
Use Git/Gitlab for source control and version management
Optimize and improve development processes and methodologies
Report to the Program Manager
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
Equivalent professional experience may be considered
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development
Deep familiarity with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
Cloud exposure with platforms such as AWS or Azure
Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required
Must be able to pass a background check; additional checks may be required
Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
Ability to work effectively with diverse technical teams
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Ability to interpret technical requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate with specialized teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Preferred: proficiency with React and modern web development tools
Preferred: database design and optimization for SQL and NoSQL systems
Preferred: Entity Framework
Preferred: DevOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, and Gitlab
Preferred: professional certifications in .NET or cloud platforms
Preferred: Agile/Scrum methodologies
