About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Work fully remotely from anywhere in Portugal
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on rotating shifts
- Complete paid training
- Support customers in a customer-facing role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent/native-level Dutch
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
- Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
- EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
- Updated CV in English
