About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide inbound support as the primary point of contact for retail service customers
- Guide customers through account and app setups, including phone banking ID, T-PIN, and Postbank app configuration
- Deliver friendly, helpful solutions
- Present product ranges with a helpful, sales-oriented mindset
- Support central marketing campaigns
- Build trust with customers across Germany and beyond
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2)
- Strong working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-centric attitude
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Must be based in or able to relocate independently to Porto, Portugal
- Relocation support is not provided for this role
- Availability for rotational shifts operating between 06:00 and 21:00, Monday through Sunday
