About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Portuguese-speaking customers with inquiries via chat, email, or phone
- Deliver high-quality, friendly, and efficient service
- Work collaboratively within a supportive, energetic team environment
- Work daytime shifts on-site and the last shift, 18:00 to 03:00, remotely from home
- Take 2 rotational days off per week
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or fluent level in Portuguese, spoken and written
- B2 level English
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 03:00
Benefits
Comp & perks- Hybrid work setup in Porto, with the last shift worked 100% remotely from home
- Monthly allowance: €110.00 per month, paid 12 times per year
- Meal allowance: €7.90 per working day
- Additional bonuses for night and weekend coverage
- Base salary paid 14 times per year
