About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Portuguese-speaking customers with inquiries via chat, email, or phone
- Deliver high-quality, friendly, and efficient service
- Work collaboratively within a supportive, energetic team environment
- Work daytime shifts on-site and the last shift (18:00 to 03:00) 100% remotely from home
- Cover a rotational schedule from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 03:00
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or fluent level in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- B2 English
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
- Ability to work in Porto, Portugal under the hybrid schedule

Comp & perks- Monthly Allowance: €110.00 / month (paid 12 times per year)
