About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enter, maintain and manage data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions

  • Provide direct internal client support via JIRA ticket requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years experience in data management and analysis
  • Associates Degree in Business, Data Analytics or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
