About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create analytics dashboards primarily using Microsoft Power BI against a variety of source systems
- Build effective charts and visualizations
- Design impactful dashboards displaying large amounts of data to support informed decisions
- Identify, understand, and translate key metrics into analytics solutions with business partners
- Introduce new tools, technologies, and best practices for integration, master data management, maintenance, testing, deployment, reporting, and analytics
- Partner with the DBA and Data Integration Specialist to support enterprise data warehouse requirements
- Build solutions with subject matter experts using approved calculations and data elements
- Ensure BI solutions comply with security, data privacy, risk, and compliance policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft DA-100: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent
- Good communication skills, with experience gathering requirements directly from users
- Strong project and time management skills
- Passion for continued learning and drive for results
- Experience with enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions
- Experience using Power BI
- Experience with SQL/SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
