Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Sage 100 ERP, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support
Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance using Sage 100
Customize and configure Sage 100 modules, including Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Distribution
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Sage 100 environments
Conduct user training and develop supporting documentation
Provide clients with best-practice recommendations and solution roadmaps
Coordinate with internal technical teams, project managers, and third-party vendors
Stay current with Sage 100 features, updates, and industry trends
Contribute to proposal development and sales support as a subject matter expert

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years of experience in related field
Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise; must have and preserve required licenses
Must be able to work in a team environment
Competence in presentation to effectively communicate information to diverse audience using visual aids, verbal delivery and engaging presentation techniques
Proficient use of applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Must be able to travel based on client and business need
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Sage 100 ERP
Strong understanding of business processes such as accounting, finance, inventory management, and distribution
Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a consulting environment
Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools within the Sage 100 ecosystem
Ability to travel occasionally for client engagements
