About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and implement process-streamlining and standardization opportunities with service line professionals and IT
- Leverage offshore resources, automation, process reengineering, and advanced workflow technologies
- Develop roadmaps and deliver innovative business transformation solutions
- Implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions with Business Intelligence and AI teams
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs
- Document current-state and future-state process maps and recommendations
- Support project management, including timelines, resource planning, risk identification, and status reporting
- Assist with change management, user training, documentation, and communications
- Develop business cases with cost and ROI analysis
- Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics
- Evaluate new technologies and advise on innovation and industry trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- College Degree or equivalent required
- 10 years related experience
- Experience managing staff, projects and/or processes
- Subject matter expertise
- Knowledge of industry regulations
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to formulate new policies and procedures
- Verbal and written communication across all organizational levels
- Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
- Strong understanding of professional services processes
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools, managing change, and delivering measurable value
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- CPA certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 10+ years' experience in professional services and/or professional services technology transformation preferred
