About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate client meetings, client presentations, and internal team meetings
- Independently determine methodologies and approaches for projects
- Lead development of client deliverables, including written documents
- Manage timelines and completion of client deliverables using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and related tools
- Ensure all work products are technically peer reviewed and submitted for consulting review
- Communicate project status updates with junior and senior internal team members
- Act as a resource for support staff
- Support business development activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field, or an internship
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment performing actuarial, data, financial, or health care-related analyses and consulting
- Thorough understanding of health care delivery, with emphasis on Medicaid
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Expertise using Microsoft Office suite
- Presentation skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to communicate, present findings, and recommendations to other team members in a clear format
- Ability to comprehend, manipulate, and interpret statistical data
- Ability to travel based on client and business needs
- Experience working within a team environment
