Meet all client timelines
Build a team focused on audits of private equity and venture capital portfolio companies
Travel with audit teams as needed based on portfolio company locations
Develop and maintain strong client and investment company owner relationships
Collaborate with tax private equity co-sourcing, advisory, and investment company assurance practices to develop a go-to-market strategy targeting portfolio company audits
Understand the private equity and venture capital investment lifecycle, including potential public and private exits
Leverage existing investment company relationships across audit, tax, and advisory groups
Work with local assurance resources and national subject matter experts
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
8 years experience in public accounting or related field
5 years supervisory experience
Must have active CPA or equivalent certification
Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Proficient use of applicable technology
Must be able to travel based on business needs
