Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and govern enterprise-scale intelligent automation systems centered on agentic artificial intelligence
Drive adoption of autonomous agent frameworks across complex, multi-team environments
Translate emerging AI capabilities into resilient, production-grade systems meeting rigorous security and compliance standards
Design agent orchestration patterns and deliver observable, auditable AI pipelines
Debug non-deterministic failures and design resilient AI systems with strong observability and tracing
Implement defenses against prompt injection, jailbreaking, and tool misuse
Operate cross-functionally and lead without authority across engineering, security, product, and operations
Translate complex technical concepts into roadmaps, architecture decisions, and executive-level communication
Drive alignment across security, legal, compliance, product, and engineering
Present architectural trade-offs and risk decisions to senior leadership

What you’ll need

5+ years of relevant experience across AI/ML systems, software engineering, or cybersecurity
Hands-on experience building, securing, and operating production-grade systems
Proven track record building production-grade agentic AI systems that operate reliably at scale
Hands-on experience designing agent orchestration patterns, debugging non-deterministic failures, and delivering observable, auditable AI pipelines in regulated environments
Strong applied security expertise, including defenses against prompt injection, jailbreaking, and tool misuse
Experience in red-teaming or penetration testing AI systems
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across security, legal, compliance, product, and engineering
Ability to present architectural trade-offs and risk decisions to senior leadership
Experience in financial services or regulated industries, with exposure to AI governance, model risk management, or internal AI policy development preferred
Deep hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent architectures
Expertise in AI threat modeling, prompt injection defense, zero-trust principles, and secure handling of model inputs/outputs
Python and a compiled language
Experience with microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
Experience designing resilient AI systems with observability and tracing
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
