About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Capture and translate business requirements into Functional Specification Documents
- Coordinate with business users to understand requirements from “What & Why” dimensions
- Collaborate with technical/development teams throughout the SDLC
- Facilitate technical specifications, development, functional testing, and implementation/migration activities
- Conduct bank user training and Process Led Workflow (PLW) sessions
- Support bank users during SIT and UAT testing
- Prepare user guides/manuals
- Monitor and control requirements by maintaining complete traceability, including business-related non-functional requirements
- Ensure requirements meet the bank’s standards
- Maintain records of user requirements, enhancements, change requests, and project progress
- Attain TLC certification as suggested by the Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines
- Fluent English, both written and communication skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as Transact functional consultant
- Good experience in conducting training & PLW
- Good experience in BRD, BSDD, FSD, use cases etc.
- Expertise on one or multiple modules: AA Accounts & Deposits; Retail Lending; Core / Customer & GL; Operations (Teller, Cash Pool & Sweeping); Payments; Corporate Lending; Data Migration; Treasury; Trade Finance
- Basic knowledge in overall Transact modules like Core, Customer, limit, collateral etc.
- TLC Certification is mandatory
