About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create high-quality illustrations for external collaboration and marketing purposes
Collaborate with the Illustration Team Lead and other artists
Develop original ideas and illustration compositions
Maintain the production pipeline and meet deadlines
Follow guidelines and maintain a coherent style
Cooperate with the Franchise Development Art Team to deliver exceptional art

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent illustration and storytelling skills with an eye for perspective, color, lighting, mood, and composition
Strong realistic and semi-realistic illustration skills proven by an appropriate portfolio
Ability to efficiently switch between different styles and projects daily
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Solid foundation in traditional art, including figure drawing, industrial design, and landscape painting
Experience working in a wide variety of styles and ability to work within an established genre
Understanding of technical requirements for digital and printed media
Ability to efficiently communicate in English
Must work remotely from a location within approximately +/- 3 hours of Warsaw, or primarily from Warsaw for a minimum of 10 days per month depending on working mode
