About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the business development action plan in alignment with the marketing action plan to achieve recruitment targets
  • Promote the Executive MBA programme and lead candidate identification and recruitment initiatives in France and internationally
  • Attend trade fairs and organise or host specialised events, after-work events, networking events and webinars
  • Conduct telephone and email outreach to prospects generated through marketing campaigns
  • Respond to enquiries and provide individual support to prospects throughout their journey
  • Support candidates from application through enrolment, particularly with application files, interviews and funding options
  • Update the qualification and follow-up process in the CRM in collaboration with the Marketing Project Manager
  • Track leads and KPIs in the CRM, including imports, status changes and dashboards
  • Develop new recruitment channels and distribution partnerships, particularly the international agent network
  • Monitor the EMBA market and competitors
  • Manage the administrative aspects of the admissions process in collaboration with administrative coordinators and programme directors
  • Participate in the preparation of funding applications
  • Coordinate Education Agents and other distribution partners
  • Manage and monitor the allocated business development budget

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in higher education
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (four or five years of higher education)
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, Planner and Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and rigour
  • Strong service orientation and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to manage stress and anticipate unforeseen circumstances
