About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development and rollout of the Knowledge media division in France and internationally
- Propose and create original multimedia content for the SKEMA Knowledge website
- Write and proofread articles
- Conduct interviews in French and English
- Support authors (professors, researchers, alumni, and students) throughout the editorial process through to publication
- Support authors during filming and in promoting their content on social media
- Edit articles and other content, including headlines, SEO best practices, and visual assets
- Manage the digitization of reports
- Manage relationships with service providers
- Track KPIs
- Provide editorial guidance for GLIMPSE magazine
- Write articles, features, and profiles for GLIMPSE and conduct interviews
- Conduct documentary research
- Provide editorial support to contributors
- Develop and monitor the flat plan
- Assist with project management alongside the Communications Department and the Corporate Office
- Provide editorial support and contribute to the development of the podcast concept
- Identify new opportunities for the podcast
- Prepare and write “Le SnacK,” a newsletter for students
- Prepare and write the Faculty newsletter promoting the activities of professors and researchers
- Monitor activities and manage relationships with partners
- Identify new partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent editorial and writing skills across all media
- Impeccable spelling and grammar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress
- Proficiency with AI tools
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Degree from an Institute of Political Studies (IEP), journalism school, communications school, or business school
- At least 2 years of experience at an agency or on the client side
- Strong interest in AI, Finance, Economics, Geopolitics, Management, Education, or Sustainability
- Fluent English
