About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare budgets in collaboration with operational departments and functions
  • Monitor budgets and analyze variances for academic programs, support functions, and international campuses
  • Prepare annual reforecasts
  • Analyze variances against the year-end closing results
  • Recommend ways to improve the performance of the Group’s activities
  • Monitor and analyze business activity indicators across revenue and expense cycles
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses
  • Prepare budget documents and financial reports for external funding organizations and partners
  • Act as the financial point of contact for an international campus
  • Manage performance in France and for the international campus

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education in management or finance from a business school or equivalent university program (DESCF, MSTCF, or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
