About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare budgets in collaboration with operational departments and teams
  • Monitor budgets and analyze variances for programs, support functions, and international campuses
  • Prepare annual forecasts and reforecasts
  • Measure variances against the annual closing figures
  • Recommend ways to improve the performance of the Group’s activities
  • Track and analyze business activity indicators across product and expense cycles
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses
  • Prepare budget documents and financial reports for external funding organizations and partners
  • Serve as the point of contact for the international campus assigned to this position

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education in management or finance, such as a business school degree or equivalent university qualification (DESCF, MSTCF)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and rigor
  • Analytical and summarization skills
