About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult, install, and train customers on CDK Global solutions
Understand products within assigned workflows, including parts, service, accounting, and sales
Query customers to determine required functionality and configuration and make recommendations
Verify and validate setup configurations and conversion data
Conduct status meetings with customer personnel to review open issues, workflow incompatibilities, functionality gaps, product change requests, and process changes
Finalize action plans with clients to address open issues
Complete daily trip reports documenting project status for stakeholders
Facilitate work-in-process activities and ensure client go-live readiness
Monitor customer trainee progress and set training goals
Maintain proficiency in products, processes, and the automotive industry
Answer participant questions and elaborate on training content
Apply adult learning theory and facilitation skills to adapt training and manage learning environments
Mentor and train new associates or associates new to a product set
Monitor and document associate trainee progress
Support on-site leadership by focusing on project milestones and deliverables
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Able to travel 100% including flying and extended driving
Available to fulfill periodic weekend travel and/or work requests
Flexible to non-standard working conditions, including standing and walking
2 or more years of Retail Automotive experience
Retail Automotive Management Experience is required
Associates Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
Valid Passport for North American, Canada and Caribbean travel
Must have a valid driver's license and eligible to rent a car
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship
Retail Experience in additional CDK Work Flows is preferred
Formal Training experience is encouraged
CDK Retail certification in primary Work Flow is preferred
CDK Retail certification in core Work Flow Add Ons is encouraged
CDK Retail certification in additional Work Flows is encouraged
