About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, retain, and grow a strategic CDK OEM program
  • Oversee OEM account initiatives and resources needed to achieve strategic business goals
  • Lead and provide high-level oversight to matrixed internal teams across customer support, billing, product and technology, and operations
  • Manage business relationships and program service delivery tied to statements of work
  • Organize and run quarterly business updates, weekly program update meetings, and ad hoc client-facing engagements
  • Collaborate on program financial modeling, project-based projections, and monthly/annual financial deliverables
  • Facilitate presentation, communication, and approval of OEM program invoices
  • Serve as an escalation point for program inquiries involving enrollments, data, reporting, billing, invoicing, product, systems, legal, and contracting
  • Negotiate project resources, deliverables, and costs
  • Identify new OEM business opportunities and facilitate executive-level engagements
  • Compile forecasting, planning, modeling, and invoice presentations with finance teams
  • Coordinate buy-sells, conversions, terminations, and related change administration
  • Develop, implement, and maintain program service-level processes
  • Partner with product and technology teams on feature development, prioritization, and defect fixes
  • Manage new statements of work and change request development, approvals, and execution
  • Ensure compliance with client technical requirements
  • Collaborate on training for installations and ongoing support
  • Support pilots, launches, pricing, dealer adoption, communications, implementations, and ongoing support
  • Provide program dashboards showing status and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-10 years software project, program, and/or engagement management
  • 5+ years external client relationship management with demonstrated ability to manage requirements, expectations, and deliverables
  • Expert in automotive retail solutions and workflows
  • Hands on ability to navigate complex business environments to resolve customer requests and requirements
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills
  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to model scenarios and manage to financials
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional engagement for complex client program success while continuously driving improvement and seeking to reduce complexity
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing conditions, risks and opportunities
  • Expert with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Visio
  • Experience working with Auto Manufacturer dealer retail programs preferred
  • Knowledgeable on CDK applications preferred
  • PMP or other industry certification a plus
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
  • Must be local to New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Connecticut
  • Must be able to travel 50% within the territory
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship
